OPO's,
If you have individuals that are checking into OCS on a Saturday
(including this Saturday), please ensure the officer candidates check
for availability at the BQ. If there are no rooms available, they must
get a stamp indicating non-availability in order to be reimbursed for
their hotel.

Thanks for the heads up on the hotel. I was planning on heading down Sunday but with the storms I may wait until Monday/Tuesday...As for the get together I figure that Saturday would be best. I will start calling everyone on Friday, Anyone got a specific place in mind to meet (on base or off base ext..)
