I got my Pro-Rec-Y for SNA this past week. Was told to expect this class but won't know for sure until I graduate in December and send my transcripts in. Gonna be coming from California so I will definitely be flying in.

From what I read from navydave on youtube yes, but I have not seen anything official in any regulation manuals or in the OCR.
Yes, you can. Not sure if it's documented anywhere, but they let us do it.

How does a lateral transfer work? I have a non-prior enlisted friend who is at the age limit who got accepted for supply but they really wanted intelligence. If they went into OCS, how long would it take for them to be eligible following graduation to transfer from the designation they got to the one they want?

I will be attending the class as a SNA. Can’t wait to meet all of you guys. Anyone know the regulations for what kind of running shoes we can bring?
If it's anything like earlier this year, you wear the shoes the Navy gives you on Day 1.
