I looked at that leaderboard for “Murph”, how the hell are guys pushing 20 minutes on that circuit?
1 Mile run @ 5:00
100 pull-ups @ 1:40
200 push-ups @ 3:20
300 squats @ 5:00
1 mile run @ 5:00
= 20:00

That’s the best way to do it though man. I remember when I came back from being out of shape I could only run 2 miles at 7:20 pace completely gassed. Ran 5 days a week and in a little over a month’s time, I got down to a 10 miler at 6:45 average pace. Just gotta be patient, but you also gotta push the limit a bit everyday w/ proper rest days and diet for recovery. You’re gonna eat it, but don’t let that discourage you.

Seeing as this wait is obviously going to kill me, someone please ensure they put “Pro Rec Y SNA” on my headstone if I get selected.

Actually, I'm getting paranoid enough at this point to be actually worried about invoking some bad juju for that joke. Not good.
