AD guys - do your rates or warfare quals (AW/SW/IW) matter when it comes to applying for the aviation boards?
I'm curious because I overheard my OR on the phone say "This guy is an MA and now he wants to be a pilot? Hah. I'm not gonna waste my time with him."

Yes, the AD folks had their board results posted on BOL @0930 today. Just waiting for the Selection letters and class numbers/dates to be released after the PROREC list comes out.

Wouldn't think so, just shows someone memorized some stuff enough to regurgitate it for a board, then immediately data dump. It makes a difference for submitting a CPO package, but I wouldn't say so for an OCS application, as there are many more things that are determining factors.

My signature has most of my stats but I also have a possibly different background to some with the opportunities and communities I've been in while serving enlisted.
First time post. I am an ISPP and selected for SNA. I got notified by my CoC back on Tuesday regarding the results and I just spoke with my CO today since it being official on BOL for my selection only and not the full list. He said that last Tuesday, it was NRC that was informing the COs via phone calls and asking the dates when the command can loose the candidate. they gave my CO specific months from Mar-May2023 for OCS but have to be NLT Jun2023. My CO is letting me go as early as March. Hope all goes well with everyone and some good news in the following days!

No, not a ZCP. Also it was originally jerez black. A previous owner had it painted in Santorini. There were none in that color from factory. They did a very nice job on it, so I’m not mad at it. It also goes extremely well with the gray interior. I wasn’t actually a fan of the gray interior until I was in the market and found it coupled with the blue. Now I absolutely love it.
So what does that mean for the time table? Would it be most likely next week now for the list to come out?

Yup. AD should be able to check through their BOL account under Selection/Advancement. But there was no email sent out with a list or anything like that, it that’s what you’re asking.
I’m an air traffic controller with 3 pins and I still didn’t make it. Whatever they’re looking at for deciding factors, I don’t think the rate makes a difference.
