Have you taken the ASTB yet?Thank you so much. No, I don’t have any recruiter. I have to make my package ready by myself. Because I am already enlisted and that’s why I am not getting any help at all.

You need to have an OR do your package. Find a different recruiter lol. When do I need to put my package in for may board?
April 9th. It takes weeks if not months to compile a package. As current AD, you need three officer interviews, which takes days if not weeks to setup, let alone get the forms back from busy o-5’s and o-6’s...When do I need to put my package in for may board?
4th time in front of a pilot/nfo board?Just got through this whole thread, what a wild ride lol. Got my package in Monday for this board. 49 5/7/5. Hope we all get selected, this is my 4th time going in front of a board so here is hope!
first time for NFO but fourth for pilot. I did retake my test for the last time in June. The only thing that I can do now is to increase my GPA....4th time in front of a pilot/nfo board?
Same! Now plays the waiting game!
While I may be wrong I did read somewhere that the AQR is indicative of academic performance in API and Primary ground school (I think all of this got merged into something called NIFE) so it will be an important factor in selection for both SNA and SNFO in conjunction with the PFAR and FOFAR scores respectively. I'd wait for an answer from someone more qualified but thats my understanding of the AQR's role.@exNavyOffRec had a quick question....you mentioned before that of course, PFAR and FOFAR were the biggest factors as far as get selected for pilot and nfo respectively....what is the role of the AQR in the whole mix, since it is part of the ASTB? I saw in Navy Medicine that it weighs in on both designators.....is this accurate?
