For everyone who asked....my recruiter gave me a call...how she knows goes beyond my paygrade....FY spots, bla bla bla, all that jazz....told me the Navy won't be taking any pilot applications until the board in August....but there's also the board in May....and even though that is still up in the air, she told me that she hasn't seen any board being down right cancelled yet....so there's that....in all honesty I don't think anyone really knows what the fuck is going on....but if any of us is trying to resubmit for a May/August board, I'd make sure, double check that your package's already there and ready to go.....getting rolled over twice has to be as morally defeating as getting your ass kicked by deer outside of Cecil Field in Jacksonville

I guess for the active duty people- a way you can check to see if your package was reviewed would be through BOL, correct? I've been told you can look at the Advancements/Selection Boards page and it will populate with info without saying you're a Pro Rec Y or N (until results come out obviously)

Does anybody know anything about this?

I think BOL will populate a couple days after results are released, yes.

when I was working in P8s, NAS Jax started rebuilding the runway, so we moved over there for a couple months.....not a big fan of the place tbh
Ah I was there during that time as well. I worked at flightstar and LSI. Also did my solo flight there. A P-3 was on the parallel runway next to me landing as I was flying taking off in a little old Cessna 152. I thought he was going to blow me away ha!

Your numbers are solid, I think when they decide to actually seat you at a board you'll get it.
I know....like I am confident that I'll make it.....I was just really looking fwd to it you know? and I'm not a fan of being a systems engineer at all lol, the very idea of having to wait all those many more months is downright macabre...and its not like the experience I'm getting right is really going to matter if I was to become a pilot....so its kind of pointless

I was in P3s as well.....and tbh I liked it better than the P8s.....P3s where kind of a piece of crap (they came back with deicing, fquis, generators, pitot, TAS and autopilot issues every day)....but it was MY piece of crap hahahaha

sounds like a lot of electrical/guidance and control stuffsss. Our H-60s break if you look at them wrong. But I love them lol
