I am aiming for May-June. I need to quit my job, find someone to take over my room, find someone to babysit my snake since my mom wont (lol), and then move all of my stuff 8 hours south.

I could be totally wrong, but in terms of your room. An enlisted recruiter once told me that you can break your lease legally if you show your orders or something like that. I can be totally off but I remember him saying something about it...?

You're 100% correct. We are able to get students and other individuals out of contracts due to orders. It's against the law for them not to.

Oh yes I know about this. But I love my housemate and I'm not trying to leave her stranded. Hopefully this is new news for others though!

We get rated at the same time, but I don't believe we're under the same quotas as the civilians. Maybe if anyone has more insight, they can shed more light on that part.

It seems like active duty would be scored differently since we have the officer appraisals and the civilians do not have that.

Nice, work hard, play hard. Unless of course your grades are so high you can afford to fail finals and come out alright. In that case, play hard! Enjoy those 88 days, they go by so damn fast it’s unreal in retrospect.

Not sure if anyone else has seen this, but a revised FY-20 Board Schedule released yesterday afternoon showing the dates of the selection boards and I was looking through and I did not even see the 27 Jan 2020 SNA/SNFO board. I am not sure if it was possibly cancelled and we have not heard yet but I found it odd our board wasn't listed on there. Could explain why we still haven't seen an at board list yet if this board was in fact cancelled but I am not certain. Hopefully we will hear something regarding this soon.

If those came out today they may have just not included the 27th board as it may have already happened since the convene dates are only Feb. (Accept the ECO board???) I just sent a text to my recruiter see if he knows.

@alezale for the win! It must be that maybe they only still had boards included on the list whose NRC application due date were after 2020 since ours was December 19, 2019. That's awesome news!
