I am not sure if it was possibly cancelled and we have not heard yet but I found it odd our board wasn't listed on there. Could explain why we still haven't seen an at board list yet if this board was in fact cancelled but I am not certain. Hopefully we will hear something regarding this soon.

I looked at the schedule and it looks like there is an Immediate Select Aviation Board. I thought they did away with that or has that always been there?

They need to pick the best there is, the appraisals are good to weed out those that may have great GPA's and test scores but are otherwise idiots. Unfortunately a great appraisal can't overcome a bad GPA or test score, but a bad appraisal can tank an application with a great GPA and test score.

For active duty, where are do the results get posted? I looked at the navadmins but I didn’t see any previous boards posted.

Login with your email cert and you’ll see the At Board lists. Click N31 at the top then Gen Officer Accessions (N311) on the right side and it will take you to the signed Prorec lists.

None of the above is posted yet.

Need more content while the wait slowly kills me each day....

What made you want to join?
I'm currently working a regular office job and decided to go on vacation to San Diego about a year ago. Unbeknownst to me, the USS Midway museum was there which I stumbled upon by happenstance. I then spent the next 5 hours drooling over every aircraft and hero story hilighted. Called my recruited the day after I got home. The Jocko Podcast episode with Captain Charlie Plumb solidified everything even more.
