Even if they aren't, a 7 is still a decent shot at a spot. It’s up to Lady Luck and Daddy Navy at that point
5f on the URLOISPP PA says that they request additional quotas. Hopefully it’s not going to be different for this board since selection is so tight

For active duty personnel would they show on this list? I got my email saying my package was submitted for the board and my PQ letter but I’m not showing on that list. ?Btw that is a crap ton of personnel submitted for this board?

yes, make sure “198” is selected on the far right.
