Right! I have two interviews on Tuesday and possibly a few more because I just decided to reach out to a former CO and now he asked a few NFOs to do interview me as well. More the merrier, as long as they all go well. But I got the go ahead from my Skipper to just stop by for his signature once everything is in and completed. Plan is to have his signature Thursday so I can scan and submit on Friday.

Selection chances when not going ISPP are all about PFAR or FOFAR, aviation doesn't really care about or read LOR's.

Yeah, I thought about it, but definitely just ran out of time. If not selected for anything this round, I'll prioritize getting ISPP for the next board.

You should have it in by NRC's COB Friday, I have seen applications pushed to the next board that were sent in after NRC went home for the day.

My recruiter submitted an ETP (Exception to Policy) due to MEPS asking for a 6 month post op checkup. So therefore, I haven't gone to MEPS yet. 6 months to the day was Friday sept 9th. Would submitting an ETP hurt my chances since im submitting late?
