AC-130H/USpectre:Spooky, Puff The Magic Dragon, Dragon. These 'noms de guerre' are shared with the AC-130's Vietnam-era predecessor, the AC-47.
I know that it's not your original work, but the AC-130H is the Spectre, and the AC-130U is the Spooky.

The AC-47's name was Spooky.

I have heard all versions of the AC referred to as 'Spooky'. Again, 'loving nicknames'........;)
