this sucks lol also where did you get the numbers? I need to call an officer recruiter 🤣12 of 31 were selected. So good luck.
What’s your TIS?this sucks lol also where did you get the numbers? I need to call an officer recruiter 🤣
Historically that isn't a bad percentage, it does suck for those not picked up though.12 of 31 were selected. So good luck.
Right. Well majority non select are definitely priors with too much TIS.Historically that isn't a bad percentage, it does suck for those not picked up though.
Now it's a little over 10 lol I know it's not a good look for meWhat’s your TIS?
Yeah I’m at 10 years 5 months now.Now it's a little over 10 lol I know it's not a good look for me
We are better off looking at other designators to be honestNow it's a little over 10 lol I know it's not a good look for me
That basically means reapply. I’m skipping out on reapplying to AMDO. Even with my stats my TIS seemed to kill my chances. I’m focusing on supply and intel possibly even MCWO or MSC HCA.My 1520 buddy said an official message hasn't been released to their community so there's a sliver of hope. However he said to attempt a reconsideration statement
If any are selected that have similar TIS look to see how you compare to them, they limit those selected with waivers so if you are a "N" this time next time you could be a "Y".Right. Well majority non select are definitely priors with too much TIS.
A reconsideration statement really doesn't do much, if checks a box but it really all comes down to best qualified and if you have a waiver how you stack up against those applicants. My 1520 buddy said an official message hasn't been released to their community so there's a sliver of hope. Make sure you take a look at the PA's, MCWO has very particular degree requirements, same with MSC HCA.That basically means reapply. I’m skipping out on reapplying to AMDO. Even with my stats my TIS seemed to kill my chances. I’m focusing on supply and intel possibly even MCWO or MSC HCA.
Any reason why BUPERS wouldn't reflect a package being submitted? I had confirmation from Paul and the community manager that my package was forwarded to the board, but my BOL never reflected anything...If any are selected that have similar TIS look to see how you compare to them, they limit those selected with waivers so if you are a "N" this time next time you could be a "Y".

I don't think they update BOL until the final results come out. The only thing that matters is when they update with the Y or N.Any reason why BUPERS wouldn't reflect a package being submitted? He is correct it’ll be updated about a week after the results come out.I don't think they update BOL until the final results come out. The only thing that matters is when they update with the Y or N.
