For LDO/CWO or are you saying to get into OCS? I would imagine it would be a factor, however, it doesn’t seem to be. Their priority are civilians/priors with less than 8 years TIS. Honestly if you’re over that 8 years I would pursue other designators. There is a slim chance of getting AMDO. Your package has to be 4.00 with an 80 OAR and 9 years TIS🤣 if you are going to slide in there lmao

Yea it could explain why bupers isn’t reflecting yet.. maybe I’m delusional or maybe all the people who got the call were alternates from the past board. We really won’t know until bupers reflects. He was a board member last time so I’m assuming his contacts wouldn’t lie to him about results not being out yet. He’s a very well known commander in the mid Atlantic area.

I mean I found out from an OR that I took the OAR with, I’m active duty but she looked for me and said I was non-select. So I’m interested as to why the results aren’t out yet.

yea I really don’t know. I have a a TIS waiver but also have a two star admiral LOR and three 0-6 appraisals all 10’s so if TIS really is a flat out no I’d be surprised

Your appraisals might be the reason I didn’t get selected lol if they did select somebody with TIS it would probably be you. All my other stats are really competitive but those appraisals could override mine. I had an O6 and two O5s
