Curious what your other stats were?yea I really don’t know. I have a a TIS waiver but also have a two star admiral LOR and three 0-6 appraisals all 10’s so if TIS really is a flat out no I’d be surprised
I mean yeah the numbers were apparently 12 of 31. Not everyone applying is on here.There must be more people selected than the few we’ve seen on here
Your appraisals might be the reason I didn’t get selected lol if they did select somebody with TIS it would probably be you. All my other stats are really competitive but those appraisals could override mine. I had an O6 and two O5s
No way! Those are also competitive. There’s a lot more that goes into it than just appraisals. That person wouldn't know as results release is controlled by NRC not anyone else.My MO said results don’t come out until next week.
Right I agree but a two star can put a an app on its ass if they’re the same designator you’re applying for and you have good stats.No way! Those are also competitive. There’s a lot more that goes into it than just appraisals. We gotta stay positive.

A flag barely moves the needle, I have seen a person with a glowing LOR from a flag officer who had seen the persons work first hand getting denied, no waivers, good school, the other candidates were just better.Right I agree but a two star can put a an app on its ass if they’re the same designator you’re applying for and you have good stats.

My MO reached out the community manager and said results aren't final yetYea it could explain why bupers isn’t reflecting yet.. maybe I’m delusional or maybe all the people who got the call were alternates from the past board. We really won’t know until bupers reflects. He was a board member last time so I’m assuming his contacts wouldn’t lie to him about results not being out yet. He’s a very well known commander in the mid Atlantic area.

NRC is small it is one person that gives the ok to release and email. The processors don't do anything without approval and go by the book, hence the canned answers people get from them.You never know lol we've seen advancement results leaked weeks earlier that they were supposed to😂
