You’re a shoe in just with a Capt AMDO appraisal. I don’t think my package is strong because I only have one AMDO appraisal from a LTJG. Since I’m deployed that’s the only person I had access to lol

Not necessarily, I have seen many people with flag level recommendations from designators they were applying to who were denied. The one that really stands out was a person applying for CEC, who had a recommendation from a 2 star CEC officer. If the applicant is good the applicant will get selected, a high level recommendation can't overcome how good other applicants are.

Im not sure what you want to know but some of the basics i have are Dual warfare, Excellent PRTs, LPO at sea, Lead instructor for AT A-school and the 8MTS NEC, MOVSM, Green Belt cert, multishop CDI, QAR (havent done PC), 3.81 GPA with a BS in Aeronautics are probably some good things, but who knows what the board actually wants lol how about you?

I’m reapplying to Supply Corps for the 03MAR25 board and I’ll have 5 appraisals this time O6, 2x O5, 2x O4. Last Supply board I only had one O4 appraisal lol terrible but I was in a tight situation so hopefully this makes up for it.

Yeah if i dont get selected ill retake the ASTB-E and try for immediate selection to NFO lol
