Not piling on ... as most NFO's I know can take care of themselves ... but to flesh out Joe's example I had two B/N's who had taken the Aviator to NFO "transition" --- both were single seat A-4 drivers in a distant, far, far better place.heyjoe said:It happens all the time, but usually the individuals don't apply for it....some even made flag though.
