As a CO deep in work-ups, I keep asking myself when we're going to start focusing on warfighting like this Administration says is the priority and stop trying to parse through multiple hot taskers per week and legalese about how we're going to kick perfectly capable and motivated Sailors out of the Navy during a massive manning crisis.

I'm honestly so tired of all this winning already...

Just got back from a trip kicking off a program with the NAVAIR folks on something timely and important. Alright here’s the plan for the next six months, get cranking!

But they can’t travel. We had a meeting with a bunch of people flying in, had to be face to face in a SCIF, canceled. Refundable airfare? Yeah right. Need to get to the field. Canceled.

The requirements guy took the 8 month buyout and they locked him out of the building the next day. He wanted to help transition.

Young kid shitcanned while in probationary status.

It’s just so.fucking.stupid. Everyone wants to press and figure out workarounds to accomplish the mission in spite of our leadership. I’ve suggested a few times that maybe we should be devoted to mission success exactly as much as current leadership. No less, but also no more.

“And I’ll be checking,” he added.

“PENISORVAGINACOM is no longer authorized to conduct any form of transportation,” read the memo. “Moving forward, the only authorized forms of portation will be penisportation, vaginaportation, and possibly assportation if there is a compelling mission need.”
