I think he was aggrieved that he was listed as a "long snapper" on the Navy football team. Just a theory...hopefully he's gone on to better things though.
Omg those stories are wild. Back in October when I was finishing up NIFE, three ensigns went into town after flight suit friday and got pretty hammered. Two of them went home after but the third apparently got drugged and woke up the next morning not knowing where they were or who's car they were in. NASC command made an example of it and had all three of them speak in front of all of us.
