I have not been able to log in the past few days. Will the results be posted on this site?Is anyone else having trouble logging onto the STA-21 site to check selection status? It will not let me log on.

Your suppose to say I like your moves!
NAVADMIN 306/11 came out about the Navy's Birthday.....I'm predicting 307/11 for the results
Last year's NAVADMIN about the Navy's birthday was number 327, the results were 345. That was 18 NAVADMINS later. I doubt that statistic would follow though.NAVADMIN 306/11 came out about the Navy's Birthday.....I'm predicting 307/11 for the results

From south city and south county. And I hope it doesn't take that long too... but I'll be watching the clock until the list is out.Chris - I hope that the results don't take to the 24th, but I hope the Cards win the World Series! Where are you from? I'm from the STL area...
The number one thing that is driving me nuts is not knowing how many people applied for the option I applied for. Last year there were only 14 qualified applications. I hope that less activity here does mean that less people applied. And I have also been reviewing my package. Not a good idea. Now I too am paranoid.
Nothing says the results have to come 18 NAVADMINS later, he could be right, who knows. I don't think it will be next but I also don't think its 18 away.
I think the number of NFO applicants will be up this year. There are already quite a few of us on this site. I felt the same way about the ASTB. Don't mess with something that is not broke.I hope you're right. Last year was the least amount of applications for NFO i've seen (also the lowest accepted). Been stalking this thread for a while, figured i'd put my stats (better late than never).
Applying for NFO (too old for CORE) first and only time
MR1 (SW)
7 yrs active
27 yrs old
EVALS: MP MP MP EP MP
College: AS Coastline CC (3.34 GPA), 41 credits towards BSET ODU
Awards: 3 NAMs, 2 GCs
ACT: 25 english, 24 math
ASTB: 6/6/5 53

Misc: strong eval write ups, community service, 2 LORs, lots of non traditional credits, lots of collateral duties over the course of my enlistments.
Strenghts: Strong CO rec. all 10s on interal & external, strong personal statement.
Weaknesses: only completed pre-calc (dropped out of calc 10 yrs ago), leadership could be higher (might be scoring myself a little hard), no outstanding PRT, only one Warfare Device. Could have a better ASTB but didn't want to risk it.
I was able to log in using my CAC card. nothing has changed on there. How is life in 40 land?

Manning is becoming a real issue, it feels like. We had Captain's Call on Tuesday and I really wanted to ask what the plan is to address our need for more qualified personnel/training in the face of increased flight hours versus decreased manning, but I figured the Sailors who have been to the boat or dealt with worse would scoff. I feel really bad for the handful of fully qualified guys... they are getting slaughtered. Was it always like this?
How is it at your new place?
