I'll be re-submitting since I was not Pro-Y for the December rolling board for SWO. Any tips on that?

Post your stats so i can let you know what i think. and from what i know you have to wait 6 months to re-apply to OCS but i am not certain if that's from the date you submit, the date the board convened. or from the date you received your Pro-Y/N

As per the 1420.1B, Chapter 4 (4-12) under Reconsiderations. "Applicants that are non-selected are able to ask for reconsideration of their application if they are within 6 months of the original non-selection. If you have further questions let me know.

I'll add you to a conversation I've been having with NavyOffrec so you can look at my stats there.

I wonder what that means for those that didn't get picked for the rolling board and are just re-applying to the same rolling board but just a month out?

The caveat with that is there must be a significant change in the application, such as increase ASTB score, finishing another term of college, and I would say getting a new evaluation if you are on AD.

The degree itself doesn't matter. We have two IWs that have social degrees but high GPA.

That is rare (unless they are prior service) as prior service often trumps or is a wild card when it comes to degree, I have also seen people that were picked up IW or IP but started a degree path that required calc and physics.

I have a 2.53 which I know sucks but it's not like I have a social work degree

That could hurt, you are .03 over the minimum required GPA, the plus is you are going for Pilot (it looks like), you have a good PFAR, and with the low number of applicants for Pilot they have been taking nearly everyone.

Is the minimum 2.5 for SNA and SNFO as well?
