Lol you don't need a security clearance before OCS. Nothing there is classified and why would they give you a clearance for basic training and individuals may DOR?

For non TS-SCI programs, you only need an adjudicated secret security clearance in order to receive a FINSEL letter. This just means that the security clearance is on going.

how long does it usually take to receive a finsel letter after receiving an N3m letter?

when am I most likely to go to OCS if I received my N3m letter today?
