3.83 GPA and 49 OAR score.
All,
Past boards have done similar tables so I figured I'd make one as well. I just put in what I saw from people's posts/profiles who mentioned their applications were submitted in time for this upcoming board. If you are applying but not included on this list, please let me know so we can include you as well.
Also if something is inaccurate, please PM me so it can be corrected. Good luck everyone!

Just verified as of right this second the board the board will convene on the 15th as scheduled!
That's great news. Outstanding job Robert AllenI called the OCS Program Manager or Processor. He said that no changes have been made or even been dicussed. He also said, in the past it has changed last minute so it may still happen. Not likely though.
He also said that today they pilot/nfo program manager was checking to make sure that there were no packages left out or missing.
I have a friend who is a O-3 NA and he said since the SNA/NFO program manager is asking for all kits that it could be a case of still needing highly qualified applicants.

Why the PM is asking is because what has happened many times is applications were sent to NRC in time, but the NRC processors would sometimes not get to them, so some of the PM's will now "encourage" the processors to give them the applications.
I had to tell a person they didn't get seen at a board because the processor "didn't get to it", I did not enjoy that.
SWO 53 3.5
I was told from someone who worked there in the past that, one reason for this is that there might not be enough applications to fill the quote, if there where the PM probably would not be shuffling around to find more applicants, making those who did not submit there package in time wait for the following board.
If you ask me, this sounds like great news for all of us!!!
They over select because there usually is a 20% attrition rate. In the end if you have it you'll make it if not you won't IMO.It is good news, but I would like to advise cautious optimism. Although many have been selected in the last few months, has NRC been able to evaluate the "survivability" of candidates in OCS and Flight School? Or is it turning into a numbers game? In other words, is the plan now to just overfill SNA/SNFO slots assuming a given washout rate based on statistics, or is this a genuine long term need for the Navy?
I know what I have just said can be taken way out of context and could be considered blasphemous on this thread, I mean to contribute it as food for thought. I don't work at NRC nor do I know the projected long term need of officers in the Navy, but I believe the issue does present itself.
That being said, good luck to everyone and I hope everyone gets a shot at their first choice. Godspeed!
