Didnt get exact numbers but that's a 49% selection rate.

Pretty sure they were 5/5/5. I know those aren't the greatest but having a 3.5 GPA with two masters and being prior service should have a little more weight.

Depends on who is on the board I am sure. To some it may matter, to others not so much....
