When I left VT-28 to go to HT-8, my wife stayed in Corpus to finish out the school year and graduate from Texas A&M.
I had just bought a new truck about 2 months before we got married. I let her have it in TX, since I Geo-Bached in Whiting, and my Motorcycle and 68 Mustang suited my needs.
3 weeks after I leave, and illegal clips the front end coming on to SPID. She was in the lane to get off, and they were getting on. Tried to outrun her, but did not make it.
No insurance, no license, no green card. Plates expired. They get a $100 ticket for no plates/license/proof of insurance. I eat the $500 deductuble.
2 weeks ago, a truck full of Migrant workers, drops a mattress onto I-95, taking out the front end of her new VW Jetta TDi. $6K damage, same situation, $50 ticket. Call their insurance company, the policy was cancelled, and their license was for a ficticous address.
Why doesn't the local 5-0 arrest these clowns?
