I know right, I’m feeling a 40% selections rate coming along. All I can do is pray a 8 PFAR is good enough. The rest of us are out here in the trenches. lmao here comes the historic 0% select board because I-select filled it all up.
Pretty sure historically even if you have a 4.0, 9/9/9 if you put snfo and sna they'll almost always give you snfoThat’s why u add snfo!
Hey in that case I don't see any scenario where you don't get selected given your scores.I’ll take either tbh.
Waivers 😑Hey in that case I don't see any scenario where you don't get selected given your scores.
Ahhh, well you’re still outstanding on paper from what I’ve seen in the sheet so hopefully that’ll triumph over any waiversWaivers 😑
Immediately is roughly 6 to 12 weeks in NRC talk.I was mainly thinking because
1.) previously it was stated here that you had to be able to go “immediately” but he just got a date that is like 4 months away so I’m not sure if that means you don’t have to go right away which would allow for more people to be I-Sel.
2.) Half the people in the excel sheet qualify for I-Sel. So it may be more ppl then previously thought.
Historically we would see swings of 25 to 75 percent, then they limited the number of applicants at each board to get a consistent selection rate but that stopped so you could start seeing swings again.I know right, I’m feeling a 40% selections rate coming along. All I can do is pray a 8 PFAR is good enough.
Yeah I’m referring to the confusion on pilot spots being full. Are you referring to that time frame of when everyone had that discussion about different recruiters saying different things about pilot selection being full or not like a couple weeks before packets were due, or did your recruiter tell you that on march 11th when packets were due?
Yea I just don’t really like nfo, not saying it not a cool job, just not what I’m looking for. That’s why u add snfo!
This goes back to OR's or people who helping OR's not understanding the process, of course SNA spots would be full in April, that is by design, they don't hear "full for FY 24", they just hear "full".Yeah I’m referring to the confusion on pilot spots being full.
