AMDO is a tough one, right now they are looking towards the civilian sector but that’s not to say they won’t pick up priors. I’ve talked to quite a few higher up 1520s and this all common talk throughout every conversation. LORs are definitely highly recommended, it’ll at the very least show you’ve put some effort into your package and could possibly provide you with some leverage opposed to your competition. COs endorsement is supposed to highlight you and the things you’ve accomplished. I’ve heard you don’t have to fill it up just put in highlights of achievements and accomplishments. Look into what you can do to apply to other programs, when it’s all said and done if you want to become an officer you’ll want to look at several different avenues as opposed to
