I was wondering if anyone could be so kind as to inform on the differences between primary at Moody or Vance as opposed to Corpus Christi or Whiting. Any information on any of these locations would be most welcome. Thanks.

The AF schools will use the t-6 ot t-37 whereas the navy uses the t-34. also the af schools are a little more structured, as far as your day goes. You will also finish primary a little quicker.

Thanks I appreciate the reply. Is there any disadvantage or advantage selecting for a certain community if I were to go to one as opposed to the other?

None whatsoever. Go to primary where you want. There isnt any certain location that will guarantee a specific platform.

right now corpus is taking forever to finish primary, whiting is going much faster
 
Corpus sucks! I hate this town. It is dirty, dirty, dirty. It smells bad sometimes. The beaches are disgusting, the night life is pretty weak.

As far as training goes of course the people in Corpus say its better. The reasons I heard (not that I take a stance on wich training is better), course rules are allot easier, I hear that you get better training dealing with winds cuase it gets windy here, you stand allot less watches. In whiting you have to actually stand a wheels watch where here you may stand ARDO a couple of times but they have civillians doing the wheels watch.

Another good side is there are zero distractions becuase there is nothing to do.
 
jeez fatboy imagine whiting...i hear there is NOTHING there...you need to get around the state more, go to austin, south padre island (down in the valley), san antonio, yes corpus in its own aint that great but places around are.
