ummmm... Excuse me, but do I know you? I think you need to put the bottle down and consider some rehab..
I don't think you know me, but maybe you do. If the statement doesn't apply to you, then don't worry about it shipmate.

Mike: I know you were drunk, so I ain't gonna judge. But as a former SSgt myself (damn, I've had to pull it out twice today, am I insecure?), I have to say that I wouldn't wish a force-fed enlistment on anybody but a f@ckstick, since some f@cksticks can actually learn from it and improve enough to be officer material (I was one of 'em). But talking to somebody who still has a choice, I couldn't look myself in the mirror after telling them it's a better idea for them to just enlist first, unless they're having trouble getting by financially.
So I went to the Navy.com website to look up my closest recruiter and called him up. There was no answer, so I left a message with my name and number and waited a few days. Still didn't hear anything, so I went to the local recruiting office here.
So after 2 weeks, I have yet to hear from the officer recruiter and the enlisted recruiter is now calling trying to convince me to enlist and then apply for a commission that way. I'm not interested in doing this.
Should I call a different officer recruiter or just wait and hope this guy calls me? I'm a little hesitant to work with this guy now because he can't even return a phone call. I'm worried about what it's going to be like putting a whole package together.
Any advice?
