Smoking doobies is not always detrimental to your career.
I think the list would be easier if I just named the ones that didn't do illegal drugs.

It is interesting that the last three presidents (5 elections, Clinton "not inhaling" included) admitted to doing drugs. Have any presidents before Clinton admitted to smoking pot or doing other drugs? I don't think so, but I am only 25yo.
Not George H Bush (Sr) at all. I was talking about Clinton, George W Bush (Jr), and now Obama. What drugs did either of the Bushes admit to doing?
The current Pres has never admitted to doing cocaine, or charged ....
Not that I am going to partake, but calling off the drug war might be the boldest, most forward-thinking thing Obama could do.
Some what Off Topic: I saw a little bit of a PBS show on Marijuana; it said that the US spends roughly six billion dollars a year on the drug war (just pot I believe, from the shows title: "Marijuana nation"). I'm no math major, but that is an aircraft carrier a year. That is also not including all the court costs and prison costs; that extra money could be used to help fund said carriers' crew. --To that end I say let the pot heads smoke legally (not sure about all drugs, but I'm open to hearing opinions). They do it anyway, God knows.... but I just don't know what the potential "down-side" is ... do you???
