why is it 'reform at the door' during chow hall procedures when a door is obviously a hatch. Why do they get mad when you say 'I' but make you say 'aye' all the time? Your thinking way too hard on this stuff...If you want, I can introduce you to a Son of a Grunt.
Wow, thats pretty crazy that in 19 years and a 1000 mile move its still very similar. Only now it is "doorbodies off the rear" (there are two because there is a hatch inside the hatch in Newport), they perform a column right to reform at the "door", and they do the discipline ditty when they get there (and before "doorbodies off the rear") to remove their gloves/covers. Still it seems very similar 19 years later.
