So im not too sure that the pipeline is back to such short wait times. I too am counting on a 3-4 month wait, I have several things that I need to square away before I can go. How difficult do you think it is to request that long of a hold off to ship out to OCS?

I’m pretty physically fit maxed everything but the run on the PRT. My back was bugging the hell out of me and to avoid slipping a disc, I needed to hold off.

I know others that asked as well and they were denied. Honestly looking back I wish I would have gone in October and toughed it out because I would almost be done by now and those there during Christmas get to go home for a week during OCS…

I had told my recruiter I was in no rush and according to him he left that spot blank on my app. Was selected in June and am still waiting for a date for OCS. If that helps you gauge things.

You should check in on that… I was able to pick pretty much any date I wanted after my injury. We pushed it out far to be sure because you never want to move it twice

Man Merry Christmas to use then!!! But ya most of the people that got accepted from the last board left for OCS already. The latest shipping out date that Pro-rec Y people were putting on the spreadsheet was 26NOV. Which more or less lines up with the official results/OCS dates from the last board that I saw.

Some people got literally 2-weeks from when we found out… All the ones past about a month were exceptions.

I pushed mine to January originally scheduled for OCT. I had to finish physical therapy for a medical thing before I could leave.

There are still people waiting from several boards before the last one, some have contacted me and I said make sure you communicate with your OR.

Well before. Before my application was even submitted, my references were receiving materials from them
Are we getting a TS for SNA? I assumed secret. I had a TS from my time in intel and was hoping to try to get a TS since it's only a renewal, but if it's automatically a TS then even better.

Sorry, misread initial post - my initial security clearance process has begun before I submitted for the board (ex. former employees have been sent packets)

From my understanding on ship out dates, pretty sure it goes by fiscal year, quarterly. On MyNavyHR our board shows up as “3/4” I understand that to be 3rd quarter (April, May, June) so that’s when I’m betting our ship out dates will be. But hopefully we’ll see soon. I’m checking SharePoint everyday for results. Lol.
