It’s Good Low. The initial on the first week IFT is good low.
It had just changed when I was there this time, last year.
Well I got to speed up my running 😂 push ups and planks are good. But I’m borderline on that 1.5 run not trying to get rolled off that.

Shoot for higher anyway, it’ll help you for when you have to do the PRT at the ass crack of dawn and with “8 hours” of sleep
Yeah 100%. I can already hit good low in all categories and I still have another year of school left before I would be leaving. I'm aiming to go being able to hit outstanding low in June of next year.
