03SEP24 SUPPLY BOARD

Sounds like time for an angry mob with pitch forks and torches?
No, he had initially sent me a deferral form to wait for the AMDO result but let's be honest, I'm not going to get selected for that one. Supply is a great option. I'm hedging my bets.

About how long was the process to hear back from the board since your initial visit with your recruiter? Currently waiting on boards decision with no estimate on date.

Applying for Suppo as well. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

This board took about 20 days from convene date for results to come out.

The 03 September board was the last supply board for the fiscal year. You’re going to be waiting a while.

Well ain’t that some news 🙃 I guess it gives me more time to prep.

Cup half full, not empty.

Thank you very much for the response!

Not correct, at this point they are 6 months in to filling FY25, they would have stopped filling the spots for FY 24 back in late April to early June they start using the next FY billets in March/April and there is an overlap. A person needs to be in OCS the first week of July to graduate and count for the current FY.

My recruiter just sent my paperwork last Friday to the boards. I have Supply as my first choice. Said I should get selected and could be going early December. Does that sound feasible at first they were telling me a spring OCS class

More likely to be a spring OCS class unless there are open slots in December.

Thanks, I would not mind missing the bulk of winter in Newport, but started a 10 week workout program just in case I go in Dec

Per my recruiter today, boards are scheduled for Jan & March 2025. Any applicants awaiting an answer will hear back then after board convenes.

Per the board schedule the next boards that haven't had the deadlines pass are indeed Jan and March 2025.

Some info might be missing here though, if @BigStella qualifies for ISEL that would explain the answer the recruiter gave.
