Much to his displeasure, just SNA.Are you going SNA or SNFO? Both?

Yeah 8 PFAR is the minimum civ wise right now.
For that I bought a 20 dollar joystick nothing fancy and did the “jantzen” sim. Don’t have the link anymore but just google airwarriors Jantzen.
UAV: there is an ASTB app, with a UAV sim
ANIT: study the gouges in Kyle’s Drive
I got the same exact scores for my first take. I am retaking tomorrow. How do you think you did on the PBM portion (UAV, joystick, listening)? How do you feel about your performance on math?Hey everyone, just took my first attempt today. Came back with a 50/5/6/5. Pretty surprised at my scores, I have been studying pretty consistently for the last month. Definitely harder than I thought it would be. But my recruiter didn't tell me to kick rocks so fingers crossed.

Yep, I think that was a big one for me. I completely spaced out for a bit while on the listening portion. Hopefully now that I know what to expect I'll do better this time around.PBM stick don’t miss any audio que’s that’s my 2 cents
I hope that's true. My recruiter was trying to convince me not to retake and said people do worse. My scores aren't good at all so I don't know why he wouldn't want me to retake. He also said it was pretty rare for people to do worse on their 2nd bite though.
Yes, there is a formula tab and from what I remember it was mostly geometry formulas for area, volume, etc.Anyone who has taken it recently that can comment on if you get a formula tab or not? If so what formulas are included?
UAV I only got like 2 or 3 wrong, my average answer was under 2 seconds. Joysticks got moving pretty fast so I assumed I was doing well. Listening was really easy for me, I would be surprised if I missed any honestly. I made the same mistake someone else made and hit buttons on both sides though, didn't realize I was only supposed to be listening to one ear. Probably what ruined that score. Emergency procedures was easy too, as everyone else has said just write them down first, when you see/hear the emergency queue just run through your checklist as quick as possible and then go back to following the planes.I got the same exact scores for my first take. Yeah I'm a little split right now. On one hand, I don't have any medical waivers or anything that would be detrimental to my application. I have a little flight experience but no PPL yet. My buddy who flies for the Marines thinks I'll be okay with my scores, but everything I see on this site makes me think otherwise.Who am I to say anything though! You never know, but I would shoot for all 7’a and above
Well, that depends on how bad exactly. Like if its twos or threes across the board and a 45 OAR, odds are you won't get to the minimum qualifying scores even with a 2nd take. But one or two points low on one of the scores should be recoverable, so if thats the case its odd your recruiter would tell you that.I hope that's true. This someone else sounds a lot like me.I made the same mistake someone else made and hit buttons on both sides though, didn't realize I was only supposed to be listening to one ear.

Good to know. Yeah I talked to an Air Force recruiter as well and when he heard me say I had no flight time yet (at the time I had none) and only had a 3.3 GPA, he told me it wasn't even worth trying.Waivers don’t factor too much into the selection board. N3M deems you qualified to enter the Navy so it’s not the boards job to deem if the person is healthy. I played football my whole life a little in college have a few waivers from stuff related to that.
Flight time seems to be a determining factor nowadays before it didn’t but I’ve seen a trend with people having lower scores getting picked up due to their flight experience
