the recruiter just told all of the San Diego sna guys that they are getting pushed past July now lol I mean 22\Uhhhh there's only one more class in 2021, Nov 28th. All of us have our orders and we currently have people in ROM.
Are you talking about fiscal year?
I'm currently taking time off work to study for the test. Lost my "career" job back in April along with every thing else music related COVID took from me. Once I get high enough scores on the test I'm going to find a job nearby and just keep paychecks flowing until I enter the military.Do you all think you'll keep your current job right up until OCS or would you plan on doing something else between? Recently had a coworker leave to join the marines and he left 6 months before his actual ship date (or whatever they would call it) to just focus on getting into ridiculous shape. I'd probably need a part time job but definitely is fun to fantasize about on a slow Monday.
Yeah even with allies the possible of conflicting loyalties of dual citizenship is a big deal. I know a couple of guys who had to renounce their dual citizenship to go SO or EOD.Yup. I got a call from the investigator where all they asked me about was my dual citizenship over and over and over again. This lastest about an hour.
I'm was a citizen of the UK, our closest ally outside of Canada lol. They neglected to ask me about any of the 10+ countries I'd been to in the past 5 or so years. Thought it was ridiculous and a bit funny.
Ah that makes a touch more sense. That was already somewhat known.the recruiter just told all of the San Diego sna guys that they are getting pushed past July now lol I mean 22\
Yup. Got conflicting advice if I had to renounce my passport or not, so I submitted the paperwork to do it when I PROREC-Yed just to be safe.Yeah even with allies the possible of conflicting loyalties of dual citizenship is a big deal. I have been to Tinker, only a person from Oklahoma would say this.Tinker isn’t a terrible location
Yep. When I was in SERE, all the aviation Os had just gotten winged and stopped at SERE prior to going to their squadrons. I’m assuming they still had to go to FRS.Hey do we still get the Sh*t kicked out of us at SERE? Lol
If selected then they will have you do the paperwork to renounce, generally pretty easy.Ah that makes a touch more sense. That was already somewhat known.
I believe when they pushed people's dates, they did it by district.

UK allows for reapplication of citizenship, so it was nbd.
Haha but if you’ve been to Lawton then you’d say I’m right though. But I will say it Oklahoma is the worstI have been to Tinker, only a person from Oklahoma would say this.
Im just glad it isnt the boatI’m from Oklahoma! Tinker isn’t a terrible location lol could be worse could be Lawton, Oklahoma. To anyone from Lawton I’m sorry, but I said what I said.
That's like people living in Florida saying "at least it's not Miami," or people living in Miami saying, "at least it's not the rest of Florida."Im just glad it isnt the boat
Have you been on the aircraft carrier as ships company? That's like people living in Florida saying "at least it's not Miami," or people living in Miami saying, "at least it's not the rest of Florida."
