Make sure you guys are working out and staying in shape to hit those good low standards for your gender and age group. It’s a good way to stay busy and distracted so you don’t drive yourself insane waiting for the results. You also don’t want to be that person who isn’t physically ready because you started working out after you got your results so make sure you give yourself enough time so you don’t injure yourself.

Do you have some resources on what the standards/ form is for the new PT test?

Does this mean of the 148 slots that because it's FY22/23 they will likely fill all 148 SNA slots?
Buddy on supply board said they didn't fill entire quota and left 7 left slots.
Where did you get the 148 number.

Yes the Supply board chose to not use all the selections they had available, just because they have spots to use if they don't feel like the applicants are ones they want they can let them go unused until the next board.

Is there a way to find quotas and remaining quotas for a FY for SNA or any other designator? For example for FY23. I'm active duty with resources if that matters. Thanks

yes it should be in this same portal, but it wouldn't show for FY 23 yet, those numbers would just be estimations so they go off of the current FY.
