Good luck on the astb man. It's coming up soon yeah?
Thanks man! It's Monday morning so today and tomorrow are my last two days of cram time! Going to Christmas Vespers service/concert with my wife tomorrow night so it'll be nice to hear beautiful music and pray a bit before such a big day!

Hey y’all, pro rec no from the Nov board so I’ll be on this board. Second attempt trying for SNA 48 5/6/6 with 4 hours flight experience. Thankfully the May board is far enough where I can work towards my PPL and add more flight hours and hopefully get to my CFI well enough to ask him to write me an LOR.
I don't remember if you have the option but if possible get that PFAR up, given how many they picked last time that PFAR is an issue, and given how backed up they are now that PFAR will continue to be an issue.

What's up everyone! Fresh off the 01NOV2021 results with a pro-rec Y for SNFO, gonna be reapplying at this board for SNA only.
we're in the same boat. I was PRO REC Y for NFO but reapplied NOV and was PRO REC N for SNA

Went through an entire deck of about 400 ANIT flash cards tonight and only missed 20. I’m starting to feel really good heading into my test, but I’m also terrified that I’m going to finish and see something less than the 8 I’ve set as a minimum for myself! One more day to prepare and then is go time!

Good luck!

I felt pretty good about my prep for the ANIT portion (I also studied the 415 flashcard deck on cram.com, the same one I assume you are referencing), and I felt good about my performance on the actual test. There were a few that threw me, but I think my low PFAR (5) came mostly from my botched PBM section.

Cram deck if anyone needs the link: https://www.cram.com/flashcards/astb-aviation-nautical-information-test-anit-comprehensive-4718163

Hey man, don’t stress it. The more relaxed you are the better you will do, especially on the stick and throttle part
