Me and you both man. I've taken too many flight lessons to get a job where I won't collect flight hours.Damn, I didn’t even put that on my selections. How did that happen?

I don't doubt it, I just think we're reading it wrong. Because everything I've heard from everywhere says that they number the classes by graduation date on the pro-rec list. And if you look at that list, the first class to graduate in October is 140-2022, and if you assume that's 01-2023 and go down to the class that starts January 22nd, that puts it at 09-2023, which is in line with what my recruiter told me.FY-23 Begins 1 October every year, and with experience dealing with the CANTRAC and CeTARS system used to book classes, that list is accurate and provided by NETC. Based on CANTRAC, 08-23 will convene on 26 March, compared to what your recruiter guessed was August 2023
I'm forgetting the 2 week ROM period we had. Start date for 10-21 was Feb 14th. 10-22 started and ended around the same time a year later. 08/09 Should both begin in January '23.I was class 10-21 and arrived in January 2021. 09-21 started in January 2021, and 08-21 December 2020. The class dates are pretty similar year to year. So 08-23 would be December of this year, and 09-23 would be January of '23. Basically if you have 08/09 expect 5-7 months to be at OCS when it will be nice a cold for you
I wish it went by grad date, because I would be out of here sooner! I ran a Navy 'A' school course for 3 years and we had to submit course convene schedules to NETC annually for approval and to be published onto CANTRAC. Because of the way the parent system works, CeTARS, it cannot generate individual class numbers and has to generate it by a 2 digit code (so it won't show class 1,2,3, etc, it reflects 10,20,30). CANTRAC will track class availability until the day after it convenes, but based on the screenshot I posted, class 14-22 will convene 24 July and graduate 21 October; the class convened in FY 22. They do this because they need to generate funding reports for N7 as to where budgeting is supported. I truly wish/hope this is wrong, because that's a huge difference for me to leave Norfolk and head to Newport!I don't doubt it, I just think we're reading it wrong. Not looking good though, if you refer the SNFO candidates class dates, they correspond to a class Convene Date. There are a few who are filling empty billets in class 17-22 billets for a 4 September convene, but the rest are reserved in FY-23 classes ?. IDK why they would put the SNFO having class dates, but the SNAs only have class numbers ?♂️I wish it went by grad date, because I would be out of here sooner! Probably hurting for NFO’s since most of them got the job by shady recruiters lmao ?Not looking good though, if you refer the SNFO candidates class dates, they correspond to a class Convene Date.
