Yes wrist base, since have upgrade to polar h10. Also that run I had to stop and stopped my match so that def messed up the average. Also I think that heart based training is called maffetone training right?

Spot on, Maffetone. I don't subscribe to him wholeheartedly as he is a bit extreme in terms of never mixing it up but the general theory of training your aerobic base and mininal/barefoot shoes has been yielding great results over the hear. No shin splints or knee pain at all and all i've got is 2cm of rubber between my foot and the ground.

you have to factor in some guys can max out over 200 so it may not be a barn burner everyday. I’m on the lower end of the scale though, i could be racing an all out mile and i can’t go over 185
Age also is a factor actually. Each year you get older your max decreases unless you on a great regimen. I'm 29 and not Lance Armstrong so if I hit 200 I'd end up in an ambulance.
