Yeah they’re leaning away from higher TIS due to a hole of O4-O5s because most priors commission do their 10 years to qualify for officer retirement and retire. So they need people that will not do that, which is civilian and priors with less TIS. It’s not to say they won’t take us but they don’t want to if they can help it.

This makes sense and is good to know. Maybe best to keep amdo as #1 pri while being open to others.
Look at supply and other options like aviation if you can.

why check BOL?
apparently the selection board gives updates "allegedly". thats what my officers have told me anyway
That’s only after the results come out.. it usually gets updated a few days after commands are notified. So your CoC will notify you before BOL updates.
First tab.. Advancements/Selection one.
I promise you won’t see anything till after the results are released after a few days.
I know waiting sucks guys I had to wait for the most recent Supply board and it was dreadful.. especially when the one before that one was only like 20 days after the board convened.. it was like 40 days after or something. The AMDO board before this one was 45 days after..
So, the prior AMDO board released results 45 five days after their convene day?
