It seems like a good percentage of people going to board have likely graced these forums. Anyone have an idea how many people are applying vs. slots open?

My application got past processing and is now at final approval before board.

I don't know.... my recruiter said that the board requested all applicants so I am guessing there are a fair amount of slots.

So now after reading too much into im a little worried. I have 20/20 one eye and 20/25 the other. Does this mean I will need to wear glasses and is the OCS physical really that bad?

Did you go to MEPS yet? I tested 20/25 both eyes there but N3M still wanted a refraction. Your eyes are good as long as you meet refraction limits for SNA (-1.0 for astigmatism)
