Over this thread you've posted tons of examples of countries where they wear masks more than us and have better outcomes.
Can you find an example of a country that wears masks more than us and has had a worse outcome? If not, why do you keep posting about how masks don't work?
Anyone who thinks masks don't work is an idiot.
Then why aren’t they stopping what’s happening in the Maldives? And Japan? If masks work so well why aren’t they preventing these outbreaks? You keep comparing them to the US. Compare them to themselves: how they were doing before and how they’re doing now. What changed?
Only an idiot would stand by theoretical hypotheses that goes against real world data. Peak academia versus life outside the classroom.

Anyway, fascinating paper from January. I’m sure they didn’t cherry pick their data at all. It’s interesting that it has also yet to be peer-reviewed. Lack of masks must explain the massive uptick of deaths in Florida and Texas since the mask mandate has been lifted, huh?
This article is a preprint and has not been peer-reviewed [what does this mean?]. It reports new medical research that has yet to be evaluated and so should not be used to guide clinical practice.

Found a good read about mask mandates not working. It’s not written by Fauci so I’m sure it’s not true. But it certainly gives a great analytic and scientific review of why the CDC is wrong!

It will also to see the results of the study on long term effects of the Pfizer vaccine that will be coming out in the next month or so. Too bad the study was designed, paid for, carried out, and analyzed by Pfizer and BioNtech. ??♂️

I'd submit that a majority of "masks" are useless in that sense. (This isn't directed at you sir.....) You know what isn't useless? This "free" vaccine that we have nearly unparalleled access to (for those like myself that are into that kind of thing). Glad to see that a lot of places are starting to update their reality accordingly. Been in MO, TN and FL in the last month and all have been back to normal at long last. I never imagined the simple things would make me so happy one day. Honestly, I'd rather celebrate than complain at this point.
It's crocheted in a similar style to the chain mail shirt that Bennett used to wear around the tropical island paradise of Val Verde. In an oblique, ironic way, that shirt didn't protect him from a flying steam pipe any better than a crocheted mask protects anyone from the 'Rona.
It's not stunning at all. These are the same sorts of people who did everything in their social media and influencer power to stop orange man from being elected. But they're either 1) that stupid that they think that sort of mask works or 2) of the belief that you are that stupid to think that their mask works. Maybe it's a combination. But they're both scary.
