DCO Supply Chances and Selections

Maybe reach out to a current recruiter and ask? :)
I actually see them about every 4-6 weeks in my current job. If a person has an officer appraisal done they get a numerical mark under the overall traits. They don't add them up and give a total score if that is what you were thinking I was trying to say.

This is part of the form, an applicant is not supposed to see what is written about them or how they are scored.

DCO Supply has an "in house" appraisal form. I think active duty CEC does the same, they will fill out the Navy Recruiting form but just say "interview complete" and the actual interview will be discussed during the selection board.

Does anyone have experience applying as active duty enlisted? My EAOS is coming up and I would like to apply beforehand and immediately join the reserves.

My father in law and brother served in the Navy. At this stage of my life, I’m looking for culture & after researching the culture of the navy, I feel like that’s something I want to be a part of. Also, I have worked on NAVAIR and Aegis projects. On why supply- It’s something I’m good at and passionate about and I would love to leverage the skills that I utilize in my civilian and military careee.

I am looking to apply for the same board. Your resume and background is going to blow me out the water. Good stuff.

Are there anybody from Southern California who were successful at the board and can recommend me a recruiter to work with? I am interested in submitted my package for the next DCO Supply board. I have an MBA from UCLA and worked as an Investment Banker before my current role in corporate development with a Fortune 20 company.

Hi there, Supply Corps DCO applicant here, I got a N33 from my physical at MEPS which is a bummer. Has anyone successfully appealed a medical non-approval? Thanks!

I think you are missing something in your post, N33 is the medical part of Navy Recruiting. Are you saying you received a DQ from N33? It you are DQ you can ask your recruiter to find out if there is any further info that could alter their decision.

Ah ok, yes I spoke to the recruiter and I can submit more documentation to appeal but seems like a bit of a long shot. There was no language explicitly stating a DQ in the letter but it was a “does not meet established physical standards” due to x and y

Recruiter mentioned they may be looking for very specific language from medical providers
