Hard to make an educated guess when the causes aren’t yet known. It could be anything. So, I’ll counter your sequestration hypothesis with one of my own. I think all the recent mishaps were caused by bees.
It’s no more or less valid than the speculation you’re engaging in. I don’t disagree that the cumulative effects of sequestration could have an impact to our mishap rate, but to toss it out there at this point in the process, claiming it to be a causal factor, serves zero purpose.
