what gets me is that he is the NETC commander, he deals with education and sta-21, he should be the one with the quickest turnaround time.

Went through the conversation about the defense bill - are all of you guys planning on staying in to retirement? Does the 23 years change your decisions about it? I know it's only 3 years, but I have seen people get out at 17 years... thinking to myself "Why?! You only have 3 years left!"

This is what I was thinking as well. If it is his area, then he will definitely make sure everything is kosher.

I know i will stay in... the 3 additional years, puts me at 41 for retirement. Still a pretty good deal.
