If you get selected as an alternate get your stuff in QUICK. I was an alternate last year and got picked up because I was the first one to get my physical and degree plan sent in.

Just out of curiosity how do you know thats why you got picked up?

nothing really new, but the PS1 in my admin said he thinks 1600 is the release time for today. we will see. i guess it depends on whether or not they have a three or four day weekend.

How do you know they are only selecting five for swo/ed?

I've done a lot of research on the EDO Community and I've seen that number a few times. This is the first link I could find short notice that says five...... it says FY-09, but this is the 1st year it's an option for STA-21 (just scroll down to the next to last page).

The DTG of last years results were R 102032Z OCT 08..... Thats 1632 east coast time.
