Part of the problem here is the loose use, or mis-use, of labels.
I think what Nasty was really referring too are the obnoxious fundamentalists who claim to represent Christianity but actually miss the whole point of Christianity in their zealous rants on any given issue. Such as this guy Jones who wants to burn the Korans or that guy Phelps who protests military funerals with signs that God hates gays.

Of course I spoke too soon and the story has gained steam in the past day in the Middle Eastern press. Particularly after the statements from General Patreaus, General Austin, Secretary Clinton and Robert Gibbs hit the news, and finally with the President now. It isn't dominating the press by any stretch but it has become a bigger story int eh past day.
