I did not read that selection rates were brutal on that thread.

I didn't see anything on BOL unless I didn't get selected

The don't go onto BOL until several days after being released, NRC sends out an email of the list to NRD's, it then gives the list to get put in BOL, so there is a delay getting it into BOL.

I wouldn't have it any other way though. And gentlemen, if you want to increase your VO2Max and incinerate fat. Do HIIT. 160-180 bph constant for 45 minutes. OR sprint for 1 min. walk 2 min. They are called 60 -one- 20's. Do 15 of them as hard as you can. In between you can do squats or burpees. With a clean diet you'll look sharp. Good luck guys! ​

I expect us active folks will find out through the CoC unless someone spills the list soon as they come out. This is why happened for STA21 someone always gets list before the skipper.

sometimes yes and sometimes no, it just depends how fast they are at getting it into BOL, but once the list is released it is public knowledge.

How do you access it if its public knowledge? I've tried looking for previous lists so that I could know where to look for this board and I haven't found anything.

I don't think that the selection lists are made public. For those of us who are not AD, I expect that we'll just need to remain in limbo until our respective ORs are able to contact us. Any higher authorities, please correct me if I'm wrong.

each NRD is different, just search for your NRD, some are really good about updating info, some are not.
