This might be a silly question but what is the N3M PQ letter? I haven't heard anything from my OR or Processor since I submitted my packet 3 weeks ago.

March boards found out day of...could we be so lucky?? The board convenes the day after my wedding :) yes BzB a girl actually likes me ;)

At first pass this doesn't make sense. If they have convened, then there is no more business for the boards to discuss and they can post the results almost immediately (< 24 hours). Can you quote this/do you have a source for this information?
