If you guys adding stats recently just submitted, there is a very good chance you will bumped to June (See earlier posts in this thread about April Boards).

Do you Think there is a possibility of getting accepted??? looking at my Info

there's always a possibility, or else your OR wouldn't have sent in your package.

as you will find people saying here lots, no one can tell you the chances of getting pro-rec'd. go back and look at the april boards thread. find people who are getting selected for SNA/NFO/SWO and compare yourself to their stats. you won't be able to get a full picture on the forums though. there's been a number of times where people appear to have a better package than another applicant, but the other applicant is selected while they are not.

good luck!

it is what it is... as long as the app is complete and submitted on my end its out of my hands and out of my control... i did all i could so i'll just chill, workout, wait for news, and not needlessly worry and get myself psyched out. everyone just get it in and relaxxxxxxxxxxxx

enjoy your last bit of college too seems like there are a lot of bdcp kids in for may. best years of your life... except the ones you'll spend flying of course!

your OR has a lot of pull as well besides just allowing you to submit your application... he writes a summary of your application package and his own recommendation which i'm sure has some heavy weight since he knows you better than anyone else (thats objective anyway) in the navy at this point

but ya if your really concerned go with blarg's advice and check out the last couple of boards stats and see how they fared... i did it when i started to get a feel for where my astb needed to be to make up for my gpa but theres no tried and true its whatever the board decides

and remember not everyone thats applying to the boards is on this website...

Haha, that is a good attitude to keep. I didn't stress until results starting coming out and my recruiter dropped off the planet. Good luck to you guys and I hope we are all seen this month.

hah, every time you feel like calling your OR to see if results are out or posting on here continually asking if anyone has heard anything... do pushups instead.

amen. barefoot sprints 20 seconds on 10 seconds x16 are also a great way to unwind! now we just need to do pushups-sprint-pushups and we'll be good to go

my recruiter seems on the ball i have yet to have any of these horror stories i hear from everyone else about how they ignore people and stuff... yikes... that'd be miserable

he said he'd call me 3rd week of june with news and i'm gonna trust in the Lt. haha not like i have any other choice though huh

Pro-rec'd INTEL!!!!!
Ya my OR is pretty awesome. I've never had trouble getting ahold of him. He's really the type to go out of his way for his applicants. I saw him check for board results a million times while I was there, he said he checks at least twice a day. I'm really happy that he's the recruiter I ended up working with.

Your OR said he would call you the 3rd week of June for May boards? Yikes... Maybe he was just saying a really late date to cover his butt and keep from repeated "is it posted yet?" phone calls. But come end of May when everyone else is hearing, the 3rd week of June will seem like a long ways away.

That's like people in March board not hearing about select until last week!

My OR has what??? He definitely told me he just sends the stuff in! Meh, at least he's a cool guy. I didn't realize he wrote a 'summary.'

Competition making you sweat? ;) Haha....me too. Seems like BDCP applicants get the shaft. Its really the only way I can pay for college though.
